●Ideal for tapping 55-60 (Max 63) HRC of SKD material and pre-hardened steel.
● Uses ultra-fine grain cemented carbide with excellent wear resistance and impact resistance.
●The run-out accuracy of the entire tap and the roundness of the shank have been improved.
●Thread processing length is set to "outer diameter x 1.5 or less", and chamfer is 5P in consideration of life.
●We recommend the maximum inner diameter of 6H female thread for the pilot hole diameter.
