[Features]
Half ball point processing is applied to the tip of the short side. By making it a half ball, it is easier to approach the hexagonal hole than conventional products.
By using half-ball processing, it is easy to insert and achieves the same level of torque transmission power as conventional products.
The screw can be turned from a maximum tilt angle of 32°.
In order to ensure uniform and high-precision refining (heat treatment) hardness (HRC60°±1°), instead of using a continuous furnace, we adopt a completely non-oxidizing and decarburizing correction quenching method using a closed furnace.
Final tightening is possible even with a ball point using a pipe handle.
Colors are partially painted so that the size can be determined at a glance.
A special chrome plating surface treatment provides excellent wear resistance and will not rust for a long time.
