●The flux residue is not corrosive at all, so there is no risk of defects due to deterioration over time.
The residue is non-hygroscopic and has excellent electrical insulation properties.
●It has good sustained activity and exhibits excellent wetting properties.
●We use organic amine-based special activated rosin (non-chlorine type).
●Complies with JIS-A class and MIL-RA standards.
