[Features] ● The E4000 series is the strongest spindle in the φ40mm class, achieving a maximum output of 1200W and a maximum torque of 100cN・m. ●High-precision machining is possible with a spindle run-out accuracy of within 1 μm, and tool life is extended. ●Ceramic bearings are used, which is about twice as durable as steel bearings. ●The brushless motor eliminates the need to replace the carbon brush, and the dust from the carbon brush does not enter the bearing, extending the life of the motor. ●The combination of the spindle and motor can be freely selected, and the model can be selected according to the processing application. ●Adopting air-driven catching method, the collet holder can be exchanged quickly and easily.
