【Note】
●Vacuum pump oil deteriorates during operation, which can lead to poor performance. Regularly check the oil level and dirt, and replenish or replace the oil.
●Oil smoke (oil mist) from the exhaust port is especially generated near atmospheric pressure.
● If the pump is operated with the exhaust port blocked or a device attached to the exhaust port side that obstructs the passage of gas, there is a risk of explosion. If the internal pressure of the pump rises, the pump body may burst, the oil level gauge may pop out, or the motor may overload.
●The overload protection device for this motor is an automatic reset type.
