[Features]
Highly versatile and achieves non-step Kosoku machining up to four to five times the blade diameter.
The center of the drill tip adopts a new R flute shape based on Hosoi's theory.
Kosoku and high feed are possible. Chips do not require step cutting due to the transition breaking type.
Uses TiN coating with excellent wear resistance and adhesion resistance.
The groove foam is a highly rigid type with a thick core.
Punching and centering are not required as the positional accuracy of the machined holes is stable.
