In this case, return the inside of the pump to atmospheric pressure. ●Do not suck corrosive gases, organic solvents, liquids, or condensable gases (water vapor, etc.). Also, make sure that dirt and dust do not enter the pump. ● The cup packing, which is the sliding material of the pump, wears out during operation, generating abrasion powder. In addition, since the sliding material used is vulnerable to moisture, it will wear out more quickly if it is sucked, shortening its service life. Do not suck moisture or condensable gas (water vapor, etc.). ●The pump is for indoor use only. Do not install the product in a place exposed to rain or water, or outdoors. ● When fixing the pump to equipment, etc., be sure to attach anti-vibration rubber. The mounting screw size for the anti-vibration rubber is M6 x P1.0.
