[Features] ● Compatible with heat-resistant superalloys, Kosoku steels, die steels, and other hard, difficult-to-cut metals (sintered alloys), mainly metals containing iron. ● Abrasive grains with hardness second only to diamond. ● The sharpness of the abrasive grains is maintained until the end. ● The heat resistance of diamond abrasive grains oxidizes at about 600°C in air, but CBN abrasive grains oxidize at about 1000°C. ● Abrasive grains with better heat resistance. ● The base metal is elastic and fits the workpiece. ● The file base metal is held firmly in a stable state by our proprietary electroplating technology, so the initial sharpness is maintained until the end.
