[Features]
●Finishing inserts for high-precision indexable ball end mills "Mirror ball BNM/MBN type". High-precision finishing equal to or better than solid ball end mills can be achieved. Chip R accuracy is ±6μm or less, and R accuracy when assembled into a holder is ±10μm or less.
● Abundant insert shapes and grades are available for all work materials.
●The TG type adopts a new grade "DH102", which is a combination of a new PVD coating "DH Coat" for high-hardness materials and Kosoku machining, and a fine-grain cemented carbide for high-hardness materials. By adopting a negative flute shape, long tool life is achieved even in Kosoku machining of high-hardness materials exceeding 60HRC.
