●Finishing inserts for high-precision indexable ball end mills "Mirror ball BNM/MBN type". High-precision finishing equal to or better than solid ball end mills can be achieved. Chip R accuracy is ±6μm or less, and R accuracy when assembled into a holder is ±10μm or less.
● Abundant insert shapes and grades are available for all work materials.
● The S-shaped blade with excellent sharpness is ideal for Kosoku finishing. Uses cemented carbide FZ05. Ideal for non-ferrous metal processing such as aluminum.
