●Finishing inserts for high-precision indexable ball end mills "Mirror Ball BNM/MBX". High-precision finishing equal to or better than solid ball end mills can be achieved. Chip R accuracy is ±6μm or less, and R accuracy when assembled into a holder is ±10μm or less.
● Abundant insert shapes and grades are available for all work materials.
● The S-shaped blade with excellent sharpness is ideal for Kosoku finishing. Uses a new general-purpose coating grade DH108. It is possible to process a wide range of work materials, from carbon steel to difficult-to-cut materials, and improve tool life.
