[Features] ● A set of 14 cushion drills (for ironwork). ● Kosoku drilling is possible with a drastic reduction in core run-out. ● It bites well and does not require a punch (marking to determine the center of the hole so that the tip of the drill does not escape). ●Used for φ3.0mm or more, which is effective. ● High hardness HSS (high-speed steel) maintains sharp sharpness. ●The cushion drill is integrated with a grooved drill centered by press drawing. ●In order to increase the binding force, φ1.8mm or more is further strengthened by inserting a two-sided cut. ●Resin ring suppresses core run-out and backlash to achieve accurate drilling. ●The Kessaku drill is processed so that the angle of the spiral (flute) becomes gentler from the tip to the base (shank side), so chips are discharged smoothly and Kosoku drilling is possible.
[Applications] ● For drilling various holes in iron, light metals, synthetic resins, wood, etc., and for drilling pilot holes for taps.
[Specification 2] ● 18V compatible ● 6.35 mm hexagonal shaft type ● X-shaped thinning (φ3.0 mm or more) ● Body mass (g): 416 ● With case (149 x 106 x 37)
[Set Contents/Accessories] Φ1.5/2.0/2.5/2.8/3.0/3.2/3.5/4.0/4.5/5.0/5.5/6.0/6.5/7.0 mm 14-piece set (Φ1.5-6.0 is AMD series, Φ6.5 to 7.0 is KMD series)
[Caution] ●Please use after confirming the correct application, size and usage. ●The drill will be very hot immediately after drilling, so please be careful as there is a risk of burns. ●Firmly fix the workpiece and press the drill at right angles to the workpiece. ●Do not apply impact with an impact driver. ●Be careful not to damage the drill or scatter chips.
