[Features]● Ensat [[R Lower]] is an insert nut with excellent workability that can be used for resin, aluminum, etc., where straight tapping tends to cause female thread breakage. ●Has a split groove or three-hole shaped cutting edge and cuts the mating material with its own blade, so no front tap is required. ● If you reinforce the internal thread with Ensat [[R Lower]], you can use aluminum or resin for parts, which helps reduce weight. ●Ensat [[R Lower]] supports the force applied to the inner thread with an outer thread that is one size larger, so it can withstand higher forces than straight taps. ● Reinforcement using Ensat [[R lower]] is limited by the shear strength inherent in the mating material or the mechanical strength of the bolts used. ●Type 307 (three-hole type) is suitable for mild steel, high-strength aluminum alloy, and fragile hard resin.
