Polypropylene has a low water absorption rate, making it ideal for cleaning, where it is often used in conjunction with water.
Conventional roll brushes required the entire brush to be replaced if even a small part of the brush was worn out. The Logis Black system is standardized in brush widths of 100mm increments, and you can connect the brush to the shaft in the size of your choice. Customers can easily assemble and disassemble the brush by themselves, and partial replacement is also possible.
Only worn out parts of the brush can be replaced, allowing for long-term use.
There is no need to send used brushes back to the manufacturer to have them rewound, which reduces packaging and transportation costs.
Since this is a standard product, you can check the bristles hardness (bristle stiffness) with the actual brush before purchasing.

The shaft diameter should be 0.1 mm INA than the hole diameter (di). Do not tighten the zigzag collar set bolt with excessive force.
Do not attach by welding. Do not pull with force.
Do not press the brush more than necessary. Do not use in places where the temperature exceeds the heat resistance temperature.
Do not use in places where it may get caught.
The zigzag collar may become loose if the hair bed absorbs moisture and expands, or if it is subjected to vibration or strong load. In such a case, we recommend attaching a commercially available set collar to the outside of the zigzag collar. Please contact us for details.
