[Features]● Suppresses workpiece vibration during machining. ●It can clamp the ribs and tongue-shaped parts of the workpiece, and can clamp the workpiece without deforming it even during primary processing such as casting. ●Suitable for heavy cutting of large workpieces. ●The lower base is fixed. ●For 23320.0012 and 23320.0016, tightening the clamp screw fixes the workpiece and at the same time fixes the vertical direction of the cylinder body.

[Applications] ●Used to clamp and hold areas where chattering and vibration are likely to occur after fixing the workpiece to the jig at 3 points.

[Specification 2] ● Fix the floating clamp to the base plate of the jig using the M12 on the bottom of the main unit (wrench width across flats 46 mm). ●Adjust the vertical and rotational positions of the stopper (red cover) and fix it with 3 set screws (hex wrench width across flats 2.5mm). ●Fix the product with a sufficient margin in the upward direction (due to the dimensional tolerance of the workpiece). ●Clamp handling procedure: Push down the entire mouthpiece of the floating clamp. ●Rotate the mouthpiece and bring it to the position where the work is sandwiched (preliminarily adjust the position of the stopper). ●When you release your hand, the lower jaw contacts the workpiece with a small spring force. ●Tighten the hexagonal nut (width across flats 18mm) (minimum torque 15Nm, maximum torque 30Nm). ●At the same time that the workpiece is clamped, the entire mouthpiece is fixed vertically. ● To release the clamp, reverse this procedure. ●With standard mouthpiece
