●Fix the floating clamp to the base plate of the jig using the M12 on the bottom of the main unit (the wrench is 46mm wide across flats).
●Adjust the vertical and rotational positions of the stopper (red cover) and fix it with 3 set screws (hex wrench width across flats 2.5mm).
●Fix the product with a sufficient margin in the upward direction (due to the dimensional tolerance of the workpiece).
●Clamp handling procedure: Push down the entire mouthpiece of the floating clamp.
●Rotate the mouthpiece and bring it to the position where the work is sandwiched (preliminarily adjust the position of the stopper).
●When you release your hand, the lower jaw contacts the workpiece with a small spring force.
●Tighten the hexagonal nut (width across flats 18mm) (minimum torque 15Nm, maximum torque 30Nm).
●At the same time that the workpiece is clamped, the entire mouthpiece is fixed vertically.
● To release the clamp, reverse this procedure.
