There are two types: the automatic blade retraction type (10563), which retracts the blade into the main body when you let go of the main body, and the ergo-grip type (10564), which automatically retracts the blade into the main body when the blade is released from the cutting object.
The blade also comes with a blade lock button, allowing for safe storage.
When shipped, the round type blade (10526) is installed in the main body.
