Drop 1 mL of the test solution onto the test paper, or immerse the paper in the test solution and then incubate the paper in an incubator (37°C) and determine the average number of spots.
Common bacteria can be easily tested using a simple test method using test paper that contains TTC as a color developer.
If unopened, it can be stored in a cool, dark place for up to two years.
