[Features]
The E4000 series is the strongest spindle in the φ40mm class, achieving a maximum output of 1200W and a maximum torque of 100cN・m.
Spindle run-out accuracy is within 1 μm, enabling high-precision machining and extending tool life.
Ceramic bearings are used, and the durability is about twice that of steel bearings.
The brushless motor eliminates the need to replace the carbon brush, and the dust from the carbon brush does not enter the bearing, extending the life of the bearing.
The overall length of the spindle has been shortened, making it easier to install on space-saving small NC lathes and dedicated machines.
